About these terms

ZIONFM is a station ministry of LiveStudios, Inc., doing business as ZIONFM, a nonprofit organization. These terms govern use of zionfm.co, ZIONFM’s radio stream and station services available through the ZIONFM app. Please use these services only if you agree to these terms. They do not replace Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, which separately governs the licensed iOS app.

Listening and service availability

Our services provide radio programming, music information, previews, artist content, charts and ways to contact the station. Programming and features may change, and access may be interrupted or discontinued. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, accurate third-party metadata or continued availability of a particular song or feature. Your internet or mobile provider may charge for data used while listening or using the services.

Respectful and lawful use

Do not use the services to harass, threaten, impersonate others, send spam or unlawful content, infringe anyone’s rights, distribute malicious software, or interfere with security or operation. Do not attempt unauthorized access or bypass voting limits. We may reject submissions or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect the services or comply with law.

Chart voting

Voting is intended to reflect listeners’ genuine preferences. The current allowance is one vote per installation or browser identity, per track, per Pacific calendar day, resetting at midnight in America/Los_Angeles. Do not automate votes, manipulate identities or otherwise evade limits. A vote is confirmed only when the service confirms it; connection errors may delay confirmation. Station staff use voting information when making programming decisions. A vote does not guarantee airplay, a particular chart position or a specific scheduling change. We may address technical errors or abuse to protect chart integrity.

Messages and submissions

The ZIONFM programming team moderates submissions. Sending content does not guarantee a reply, broadcast, publication or compensation. Submit only material you have the right to share, including permission from other identifiable people where needed. Do not include private information about someone else without permission. If parental or guardian permission is required by law, obtain it before submitting or authorizing public use.

When you submit a message, recording, image or other content through a channel that presents these terms and you accept them, you retain ownership and give LiveStudios, Inc., dba ZIONFM, a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to receive, review, reproduce, edit for length or format, broadcast and publish that submission on air, online and in ZIONFM advertising, marketing and promotion. This includes your voice, image, name or public handle to the extent included in the submission. This permission covers station use and the service providers needed to carry it out; it does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated third-party advertising uses. We will not knowingly edit a submission to misrepresent its meaning.

For a submission received without these terms being presented and accepted, we obtain appropriate permission separately before public reuse. An unsolicited text, phone call or public social post is not automatically acceptance of this license. Music and other third-party works require the necessary rightsholder permissions; this paragraph does not clear rights you do not own. Private support and privacy requests are not promotional submissions.

Contact [email protected] about a submission or to request that we stop future use. We will review the request and explain what we can remove or stop using, considering the permission given and existing publications. We cannot recall past broadcasts or guarantee removal of copies independently retained by other people or platforms. A separate written submission agreement controls if it conflicts with this section.

Text messages

The app’s text feature opens your device’s messaging composer addressed to (702) 483-7451. You decide whether to send. Messages and replies are handled by your messaging provider and the studio’s messaging service, rather than an in-app conversation history. Carrier message and data charges may apply. Delivery and response times are not guaranteed. Sending a station message does not by itself enroll you in a recurring promotional text program.

Station content and outside services

ZIONFM branding and station-created material belong to LiveStudios, Inc. or their respective owners. Music, artwork, photographs and other third-party content remain the property of their owners. Access permits personal listening and viewing; it does not grant rights to redistribute, commercially exploit or rebroadcast protected content except with permission or as allowed by law.

Apple Music, artist sites, social platforms and other linked services operate independently under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee their content, availability or security.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, LiveStudios, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from interruptions, technical errors or your use of independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or limits your mandatory legal rights.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as our services change and will update the Last updated date. Material changes will receive appropriate notice. Changes do not retroactively expand permission for earlier submissions; new uses outside the permission already given require appropriate permission.
