The Business Development Associate (BDA) reports to the Business Director, who is based out of the Denver market. This is a remote/multi-state position for market representatives outside of Colorado. The BDA is a vital leadership role in the ZIONFM network and is a strategic, forward-thinking partner in building new relationships with businesses and ministries in various markets around the country.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales/marketing, building business to business relationships and securing partnerships with advertisers. Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience in marketing, sales or non-profit organizations.
This is a remote/home-market based position (no relocation required) for representatives in various states (including our HQ's in Colorado and Washington State).
The Channel Operations Director reports to the Network Director. This is a volunteer position in our ministry that requires residence in Denver, CO. The Channel Operations Director is a senior level position, answering only to the Network Director, and is responsible for overall operations, daily functionality and staffing/talent of all ZIONFM digital network channels.
Duties include assisting the Network Director with music selection/scheduling, strategic channel planning (events, promotions, holidays, etc.), automation system management, on-air talent selection/training/development, maintaining music charts/new music in studio & with web team, as well as other tasks related to the live digital streams.
The Channel Operations Director works hand in hand with the Network Director and Business Development at a high level and contributes to overall strategic network planning, forecasting and growth.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in radio broadcasting, on-air programming, music scheduling and studio operations. Bachelors degree in media, journalism or similar; or equivalent experience and a history of increasing responsibility in leadership roles. Must have working knowledge of automation software systems, studio operations and general production/talent work-flow.
This experience requires experience in a broadcast radio environment, preferably experienced in automation, scheduling, formatics, managing on-air talent, marketing and promotions.
ZIONFM is a leader in developing modern, cutting-edge broadcast media channels. Our talent is key in maintaining our community relationship and presenting the brand with a relevant and entertaining delivery. On-Air Talent answers to the Operations Director in Denver, CO. Although no experience is required, ideal candidates will be extremely outgoing, current with trends, events and have the ability to maintain consistent on-air personality every shift. This is a volunteer position in our ministry and does require at least 10 hours per week of commitment.

This position does not require previous 0n-Air experience, although that does help! Those who may be accepted with no experience can expect extensive training with the directors before any on-air presence will be approved. Talent should be driven to remain active in current events, social media and be able to translate information in a way that bests nurtures our brand style.
